The Sainte-Victoire is more than a landscape; it is a filter. Rain that fell on its slopes millennia ago has descended slowly through layer upon layer of pure limestone, gathering minerality drop by drop and shedding everything the modern world would later add to the surface. What reaches the aquifer at 808 meters is water as nature composed it — no more, no less.

808 is produced by SEEM 808 — Société d’Exploitation de l’Eau Minérale 808, a subsidiary of the Elior Group — which has operated the Meyreuil source since 2017. From Provence to the finest hotels, Michelin-starred dining rooms and private residences around the world, our commitment has never changed: to carry this water from its depth to the table, untouched.
