In 2019, 808 received the Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute in Brussels — one of the world’s most respected taste distinctions, and was awarded two golden stars.
The Institute’s panel is composed of Michelin-starred chefs and sommeliers who evaluate each product blind, on taste alone. Two stars place 808 among the products judged remarkable by the profession.
