This website is published by SEEM 808 — Société d’Exploitation de l’Eau Minérale 808, an Elior Group subsidiary, which operates the natural artesian water source at Meyreuil, in Provence, France.
The registration particulars set out below, required by Article 6, III, 1° of French Act No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, the French Act for Confidence in the Digital Economy, remain to be supplied by the publisher.
The publication director is the legal representative of the publishing company, in accordance with Article 6, III, 1°, e) of the aforementioned Act of June 21, 2004.
Article 6, III, 1°, f) of the Act of June 21, 2004 requires that the name, corporate name, address and telephone number of the provider that stores the website and makes it available be disclosed to the public.
The identifiers below are those under which SEEM 808 exports and markets its products. They are provided to buyers and to the customs and health authorities that request them.
For the United States market, SEEM 808 is represented by the following agent designated with the Food and Drug Administration.
The website as a whole — its architecture, its visual identity, its texts, its photographs, its videos, its illustrations, its logos, its trademarks and its databases — is a work protected under the French Intellectual Property Code. It is the exclusive property of SEEM 808 or of its rights holders.
The name 808, the 808 logo and the collection names Naturelle, Fines Bulles and Pétillante — presented in English as Still, Fine Sparkling and Sparkling — are distinctive signs belonging to SEEM 808. Their use without authorization is prohibited.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of SEEM 808. Any unauthorized exploitation constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
